As a service to our patients, we accept most dental insurance plans, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional), and out-of-network PPO plans; however, we are not part of any managed care network. Our team will handle the necessary paperwork for your dental benefits, but please remember that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. You are responsible for any remaining balance if your coverage is less than expected. We can submit a pre-treatment estimate to help you understand your benefits in advance. Our fees are consistent for all patients, though your insurance provider may use a different fee schedule. Coverage varies between companies, and while some insurers process claims quickly, others may take longer.

If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival.
